DMCA Notice & Takedown
We host no video, streams, or member content. We publish text-based reviews and price tables. Claims that we host infringing video are therefore generally not applicable — but claims about text, table images, or excerpts are handled here.
Our role
LiveCamRank is an editorial site. Third-party platform names, logos, or marks appearing here are used for identification and commentary (nominative fair use), not reproduced as hosted media. If you believe any text or image on this site infringes a copyright you control, you may send a DMCA notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c).
Filing a notice
Send to info@livecamrank.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a valid notice must include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- Identification of the material on this site you claim is infringing (exact page URL and quote/location of the text or image);
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
Complete notices are reviewed within 48 hours. Material we determine to be infringing is removed or disabled, and the claimant is notified. If we remove material, the affected contributor (if any) may file a counter-notice.
Counter-notification
A counter-notice must include: identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; your contact details; consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court; and your signature. Valid counter-notices result in restoration within 10–14 business days unless the claimant files a court action.
Abuse of this process
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
